Prepare the ingredients. Melt the butter, and whisk the eggs with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until light and frothy.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. This will be your dry ingredient mixture.
Add the whisked eggs and the melted butter to the dry ingredients, then pour in the milk. Mix well until just combined.
Grease and flour a Bundt pan, then pour in the batter. The batter will be slightly thick, but don't worry, this is how it's supposed to be.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown.
Once baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake to check for doneness. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving. For an extra touch, dust the top with powdered sugar.
