In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Melt the butter and whisk it together with the egg. Then, add it to the dry ingredients.
Mix everything thoroughly until you have a dough that can be easily shaped.
Form small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten them with your hand or a spoon.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
