Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil for an extra crispy crust.
Spread the okonomiyaki sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with the finely shredded cabbage.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with green onions and katsuobushi (bonito flakes) to capture the authentic okonomiyaki flavor.
Let the pizza rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving immediately.
