Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Cut the peel into smaller pieces as well.
Place the black tea bag, cloves, cinnamon stick, and orange peel into the hot water.
Let it steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Remove the tea bag and spices, then stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add honey to taste and mix well.
Pour the tea into a mug and serve immediately. Garnish with an orange slice on top, if desired.
