In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, water, and elderflower cordial.
Add the honey, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Heat over medium heat, being careful not to boil the drink to preserve the delicate flavor of the elderflower.
Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Stir occasionally to ensure the honey is fully dissolved.
Strain the punch and pour it into heat-resistant glasses. Removing the cloves and cinnamon stick will give the drink a clearer appearance.
Garnish with an orange slice and an elderflower sprig, if available. Serve warm. For a unique twist, add a pinch of grated ginger.
