Stir in the grated orange zest and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly into the parchment paper-lined baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and slicing to serve.
