Juice the oranges and strain the juice to remove any pulp and seeds.
Pour the orange juice into a blender. Add the milk, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and honey.
Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until completely smooth and frothy.
Pour the milkshake into a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon to reach the whipped cream after each sip!
