Add the chocolate pieces to the saucepan and melt, stirring constantly.
Stir in the butter, honey, chili flakes, and grated orange zest. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
Cook over low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is smooth and silky.
Serve warm over cakes, ice cream, or fruit, or store in the refrigerator for later use.
