Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Zest the orange, juice the orange and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter, milk, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
