Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Cut the orange peel into smaller pieces as well.
Place the black tea bag, cinnamon stick, cloves, and cranberries into the hot water.
Let it steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, stirring occasionally.
Remove the tea bag and spices, then stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add honey to taste and stir well until dissolved.
Pour the tea into a mug and garnish with fresh cranberries or an orange slice. Serve immediately!
