Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Slice the fresh ginger into thin slices and add it to the boiling water.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange zest, then let it simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Strain the tea into a glass to remove the spices and ginger.
Add a tablespoon of honey and stir well.
When serving, garnish with lemon slices and a little extra orange zest.
Serve hot immediately, or chill and serve with ice if you prefer to enjoy it cold.
