In a small saucepan, gently heat the honey and butter until melted. Let it cool until lukewarm.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and orange zest.
Add the cooled honey-butter mixture, eggs, and lemon juice to the dry ingredients. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave some space between them, as they will expand during baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Be careful not to overbake, as they should remain soft.
Let the puszle cool completely. Prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar with a small amount of water until smooth. Spread the icing over the tops of the cooled puszle and let it set.
