Slice the chicken fillets and combine them with the orange zest, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a hot skillet, heat olive oil and cook the marinated chicken slices on both sides until golden brown. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle with sesame seeds and toast until fragrant.
Toast the inside of the burger buns until crispy.
Thinly slice the tomatoes and prepare the iceberg lettuce.
Assemble the burger: place the iceberg lettuce on the bottom half of the bun, top with the orange-sesame chicken, and then layer on the tomato slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.
