Add 5-6 ice cubes and blend everything together until you achieve a creamy, smooth consistency.
Taste the smoothie and add a little more honey or vanilla to adjust the flavor if needed.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass, if desired.
