Coarsely chop the Oreo cookies and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and heavy cream. Add the sugar and mix until smooth.
Melt the butter and brush it onto a sheet of strudel dough. Sprinkle with the chopped Oreo cookies.
Evenly spread the mascarpone mixture over the strudel sheets, then fold them up and carefully roll them into strudels.
Place the individual strudels in a greased baking pan.
Whisk the egg and brush it over the top of the strudels to ensure a beautiful golden brown color during baking.
Bake the strudels in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Let the strudels cool slightly before serving. Slice and serve warm.
