Cut the tofu into cubes. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry the marinated tofu for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside.
Wash the salad greens and tear them into smaller pieces. Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, and carrot into your desired size.
In a large salad bowl, combine the vegetables and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the pan-fried tofu on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
