Pancit pancake served, Filipino savory pancake with noodles and vegetables

Pancit Pancake

Pancit pancake is a unique Filipino-inspired pancake that combines traditional pancit noodles with a savory pancake. Pancit, a Filipino noodle dish, is one of the country's most popular dishes, served with vegetables and various sauces. This recipe combines that classic flavor in an easy-to-make pancake form, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. The savory soy sauce and sesame oil give this crispy yet soft pancake a distinctive Asian aroma, making it even more delicious with soy sauce or chili sauce.
