Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the paneer cubes with the tikka spice blend and a little yogurt sauce to coat evenly.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of yogurt sauce over the dough, leaving the edges free.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese, then evenly distribute the spiced paneer cubes over the mozzarella.
Add thinly sliced bell peppers and red onion to the top of the pizza for color and freshness.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
