Divide the risen dough into two equal portions, and roll each out into a thin circle. Place the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then top with the sliced mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor.
Preheat your oven to 480°F (250°C). Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and golden, and the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a touch of olive oil.
