Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, then remove from heat and steep the black tea bags for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
While the tea is steeping, peel and slice the peaches. Set aside a few slices for garnish.
Add the sliced peaches and honey to the still-warm tea. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then add the lemon juice and stir well.
Pour the tea into a large pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill completely.
To serve, fill glasses with the iced tea, add ice cubes, a slice of peach, and fresh mint for garnish.
