Peel and finely grate the ginger.
Thoroughly wash the lemon, then slice it into thin rounds.
Pour the pear juice into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Add the grated ginger, lemon slices, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
Slowly heat the drink, being careful not to boil it, allowing the flavors to meld together. This will take about 15 minutes.
Stir in the honey until it is completely dissolved.
Strain the cider to remove the spices, lemon slices, and ginger pieces.
Serve warm in heat-resistant glasses, garnished with a lemon slice and a cinnamon stick.
