Meanwhile, wash the pear, cut it into smaller slices, and place it in a small saucepan along with the redcurrants.
Add the cinnamon stick and cloves, then pour in a little water (about 100 ml) and simmer gently over low heat for 5 minutes.
Strain the black tea, then stir in the honey and lemon juice until completely dissolved.
Pour in the spiced pear and redcurrant mixture, then stir well to combine the flavors.
Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the aromas to develop, then strain the tea and pour it into glasses.
Before serving, garnish with a slice of fresh pear and a few redcurrants.
