    Preparation Steps

    1

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, then pour it over the black tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

    2

Meanwhile, wash the pear, cut it into smaller slices, and place it in a small saucepan along with the redcurrants.

    3

Add the cinnamon stick and cloves, then pour in a little water (about 100 ml) and simmer gently over low heat for 5 minutes.

    4

Strain the black tea, then stir in the honey and lemon juice until completely dissolved.

    5

Pour in the spiced pear and redcurrant mixture, then stir well to combine the flavors.

    6

Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the aromas to develop, then strain the tea and pour it into glasses.

    7

Before serving, garnish with a slice of fresh pear and a few redcurrants.
