100 ml Sparkling water
1 pinch Salt
2 tbsp Sunflower oil
250 g Chicken breast
100 g Basil pesto
100 g Sour cream
50 g Grated Parmesan cheese

5 g Fresh basil

    Gradually pour in the milk and sparkling water, whisking constantly until you have a smooth batter.
