250 g All-purpose flour
5 g Yeast
10 g Sugar
1 pinch Salt
150 ml Water or milk
1 Egg
500 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)
50 g Powdered sugar or honey (for serving)

    In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.

    Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water or milk, and let it stand for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

    Add a beaten egg to the yeast mixture, then gradually pour it into the flour.

    Knead the dough until it is smooth and soft. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

    Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
