Start by roughly chopping the walnuts. If you're using pre-chopped walnuts, you can skip this step.
Combine the mascarpone cheese, vanilla sugar, and honey in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Warm the piadina wraps in a skillet over medium heat, cooking each side for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Spread the mascarpone cream evenly over the warm piadina. Then, spoon the fig jam on top.
Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Drizzle a little extra honey for added sweetness, if desired.
Fold the piadina in half and serve immediately.
