325 ml Water
7 g Dry yeast
5 g Sugar
10 g Salt
30 ml Olive oil

    In a small bowl, combine the lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it stand for 10 minutes, until foamy.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the olive oil and the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.

    Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes, until it is elastic and smooth. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
