Place the thick crust pizza dough on the baking sheet and shape it to an even thickness. Spread generously with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the tomato sauce with grated mozzarella, then sprinkle with oregano and arrange the thinly sliced red onion on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the pizza is baking, cook four fried eggs in a skillet, being careful to keep the yolks intact.
Remove the pizza from the oven and carefully place the freshly cooked fried eggs on top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
Immediately slice and serve, ensuring the egg yolks are still runny.
