Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sauté the garlic in a little olive oil in a hot pan, then add the spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Place the sautéed spinach on top of the tomato sauce base, spreading it evenly.
Crumble the goat cheese over the spinach, then sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before drizzling with a little olive oil. Serve immediately.
