On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chop the spring onions and garlic. In a pan, sauté them lightly in a little olive oil until softened.
Brush the dough with olive oil, then evenly distribute the sautéed spring onions and garlic over the surface.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, then arrange the sliced mozzarella over the top.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle with a little more olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
Once the pizza is ready, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
