On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the dough with a little olive oil, then evenly distribute the sliced mozzarella over the base.
Slice the fresh figs and arrange them on top of the mozzarella.
Place the prosciutto slices around the figs, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle the pizza with a little honey, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
Once the pizza is cooked, garnish with fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
