In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until you get a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the mascarpone cheese evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Cut the dried figs and apricots into smaller pieces, then distribute them on top of the pizza along with the raisins.
Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts and add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with a little honey, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
