7 g Yeast
300 ml Warm water
10 g Salt
30 ml Olive oil
200 g Ricotta cheese
30 ml Honey
100 g Pineapple
100 g Mango
100 g Papaya
50 g Passion fruit
20 g Shredded coconut
5 g Fresh mint
20 g Powdered sugar

    Preparation Steps

    Measure out the ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, and water. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
