Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the wild mushrooms and slice thinly. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle the tomato sauce with grated mozzarella, then arrange the sautéed mushrooms on top.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
