Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the green peas in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well and let cool slightly.
Scatter the cooked green peas evenly over the tomato sauce base. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Add the sliced mozzarella cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Once the pizza is ready, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
