Sprinkle the dough with grated Parmesan cheese, then top with sliced mozzarella.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then drizzle the pizza with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crisp.
Once the pizza is done, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
