Chop the cavolo nero and sauté it in a pan with garlic and olive oil until tender.
Brush the pizza dough with olive oil and evenly spread the sautéed cavolo nero on top.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, then add the sliced mozzarella.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Once the pizza is ready, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
