In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the sour cream evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Slice the figs thinly and arrange them on top of the pizza.
Sprinkle with roughly chopped walnuts and a pinch of black pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and arrange the prosciutto slices on top. Drizzle with a little honey.
Sprinkle with fresh arugula, slice, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
