Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Thinly slice the finocchiona salami and arrange it on top of the pizza.
Add finely chopped garlic, oregano, and freshly ground black pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
