In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Evenly spread the sour cream over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Tear the gorgonzola into smaller pieces and distribute them on top of the pizza.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated Parmesan cheese and coarsely chopped walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
Drizzle the baked pizza with a little honey, then sprinkle with fresh arugula.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
