Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Combine the crab meat with minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, chili powder, and black pepper. Distribute evenly over the pizza.
Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with additional fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
