Sprinkle the dough with grated Parmesan cheese, and arrange the sliced mozzarella on top.
Zest the lemon over the pizza, then arrange the thin lemon slices on top.
Scatter fresh rosemary over the pizza, and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
Once the pizza is baked, garnish with additional fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
