Prepare or purchase pizza dough and roll it out to your desired thickness.
In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the mascarpone base.
Slice the tomato thinly and arrange the slices evenly on top of the pizza.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) and bake for 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Once removed from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
