300 g Pizza dough
200 g Mascarpone cheese
50 g Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dried oregano
10 leaves Fresh basil
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Fresh tomato
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black pepper

    Prepare or purchase pizza dough and roll it out to your desired thickness.
