Roll out the pizza dough and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce and transfer the pizza to the preheated oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Arrange the Parma ham slices and fresh arugula over the pizza.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, slice, and serve immediately.
