300 ml Warm Water
30 ml Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
200 g Sour Cream
200 g Mozzarella Cheese
100 g Gorgonzola Cheese
150 g Radicchio Lettuce
50 g Walnuts
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Black Pepper
20 g Fresh Arugula

    Preparation Steps

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

    Roll out the risen dough into a thin, round shape. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Spread the sour cream evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
