Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix it with the olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough and spread the garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the surface.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the dough, then dollop the ricotta cheese in small mounds across the pizza.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place the pizza in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and golden brown.
Thinly slice the truffle and place it on top of the pizza for the last 2 minutes of baking to release its full aroma.
Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
