In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, and knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, round shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Drain the tuna and distribute it evenly over the pizza.
Thinly slice the red onion and arrange it on the pizza. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
Add the black olives, then sprinkle with oregano and freshly ground black pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
