In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Arrange the thinly sliced zucchini evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and sliced mozzarella over the zucchini.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
Once the pizza is done, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
