Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and spread the tomato sauce evenly over it.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and place the pizza in the preheated oven.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove the pizza from the oven. Arrange the fresh spinach leaves on top and carefully crack the eggs in the center of the pizza.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, slice, and serve immediately.
