    Preparation Steps

    1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

    2

Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    3

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.

    4

Cut the ham into smaller pieces, slice the fresh tomatoes, julienne the bell pepper and zucchini, and slice the red onion into rings.

    5

Distribute the ham and all the fresh vegetables evenly over the pizza.

    6

Sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, and freshly ground black pepper.

    7

Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    8

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.

    9

    Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
