Sprinkle the mascarpone base with grated Parmesan and top with sliced mozzarella.
Mince the garlic and scatter it over the cheeses.
Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crisp.
Once the pizza is cooked, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
